Do any of us happen to be involved in a software development company that both develops backend systems from prototypes and is expert in interface software for mobile and stationary computing devices? If so, could you please make contact? I'm part of a consortium developing a proposal for an April 15 deadline in a Horizon2020 mHealth call.

I know I'm too late for your call, but for future calls it may be helpful. We (university of Amsterdam and WageIndictaor foundation) cooperate closely with wyldebeast-wunderliebe.com/ a group of programmers in Groningen (north of the Netherlands). They programed the backend of the worldwide WageIndicator web survey and they also program the WageIndicator websites in Plone including mobile devices.
